Setting up BillPay

Online BillPay is a great, convenient way to pay your bills through your bank. Follow these steps to get started: 

1. Log in to your bank’s website 
2. Navigate to the “BillPay” page 
3. Select “Add a Payee” or “Add a Company”
4. Search for Rocket MORTGAGE, INC. as the “Company Name” or “Payee Name” 
5. Once you select Rocket, enter the following details:
   • • Account Number (this is your Rocket loan number) 
     • Zip Code (if applicable): 75266-0043
     • The date that you would like the payment to be sent 
6. We’ll receive your payment within 2-3 business days after it’s sent electronically by your bank 

If your bank doesn’t support Online BillPay, you’ll be asked to enter Rocket’s address so that your bank can send us payment via physical check. Here’s the address you can enter:

💡 Tip: If your bank doesn’t support Online BillPay, keep in mind that physical check payments can take up to two weeks to arrive. To find other online payment options that work for you, take a look at our payment methods.
