Homeowners Insurance Changes for Transferred Accounts

After your transfer date, you’ll need to let your insurance agent know that your loan was transferred to Rocket. Give your agent your new Rocket loan number and ask them to update the mortgagee clause on your certificate of insurance to:

Phoenix, AZ 85038

You'll then need to provide us with your updated certificate of insurance.
