If you had started an application with a guest account, but have an online account with Rocket for an existing mortgage that you’d like to use to complete your application, you can merge the two and continue your application.
To do this:
- Log out of your current mortgage application (log out of your guest account) if you’re currently logged in
- Go back to Rocket.com/loans/apply and click "Continue my application"
- Click on “Apply with your Rocket Mortgage account”
- Log in if prompted to do so
- You’ll be redirected to a merged application, where you can continue from where you left off
